Job summary

Jumeirah Bali is seeking an Assistant Laundry Manager - Housekeeping (National Talent) to lead all laundry operations for staff and guest linens at the resort. You will oversee processing, quality, and hygiene standards, ensuring the laundry area remains safe, organized, and compliant with hotel policies.

The ideal candidate has previous assistant laundry management experience in a luxury property, excellent business English, and a creative, proactive approach to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Laundry Manager or equivalent in a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
• Creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage processing of all staff and guest laundry, bath, bed, and F&B linen.
• Ensure laundry equipment is safe; train colleagues and coordinate maintenance with the laundry engineer.
• Maintain a neat, tidy laundry area and enforce Health & Safety policies.
• Provide emergency procedures guidance and regular staff training.
• Ensure quality control for room and F&B linen, keeping it clean, stain-free and pressed.

About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Asst. Laundry Manager - Housekeeping (National Talent) in Jumeirah Bali.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Full responsibility for processing of all staff and guest laundry, bath, bed, and F&B linen.
• Ensuring that the laundry equipment is always in proper and safe working order, by training colleagues how to use it correctly and having regular maintenance checks done by the laundry engineer.
• Ensuring that the laundry stays neat, tidy, and safe and that all Health and Safety policies are maintained.
• Knowing the procedures to follow in the case of an emergency and gives regular training to colleagues.
• Ensuring that quality control for room and F&B linen is maintained, that the linen is clean, free of stains and pressed correctly.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience as a Asst. Laundry Manager or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel/luxury property.
• Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
