Job summary

Boga Group in Jakarta is seeking an Events Coordinator to identify, plan, and execute brand events across major cities in Indonesia. You will coordinate with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and strong partner relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in event coordination (preferably in F&B/Retail), and strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Weekend/evening shifts are expected to align with event schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in F&B/Retail.
• Experience as an F&B Tenant/Event Coordinator and/or B2B Marketing/Sales (voucher) is preferred.
• Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Extroverted, proactive, and enjoys mingling/networking.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Willing to work on weekends/evenings according to event schedules.
