Job summary

PT Bitpro Inovasi Tama is seeking a Creative Event Lead to shape proposals and define concepts for client pitches. You will craft ideas addressing client objectives and ensure feasibility within schedules.

You will guide creative direction across 2D/3D teams, develop event flows, and research current trends to keep Bitpro proposals competitive.

Strong portfolio in concept decks and experience in agency settings is required, along with the ability to balance aesthetics with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Have experience in event planning, creative concept, or agency.
• Understand the workflow from pitching to event implementation.
• Able to think conceptually as well as strategically — not just aesthetically.
• Portfolio of concept/event decks.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas, themes, storylines, and creative direction for events
• Formulate event concepts that align with client objectives
• Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare pitch presentations
• Develop creative frameworks for each project
• Design event flow, schedules (rundowns), and attendee experience concepts
• Provide creative direction to 2D & 3D design teams
• Ensure visual outputs remain consistent with the initial concept
• Research current event trends and integrate them into Bitpro concepts
• Build and manage an internal creative library
• Support Project Managers from the preparation stage through to execution
