Job summary

TP Consulting is seeking an ETL Developer in Indonesia to architect and implement robust ETL pipelines using SSIS and manage SSMS databases. You will optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for enterprise data warehouses while ensuring data quality, governance, and security.

You will collaborate with data analysts, BI teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable data migrations and real-time reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years of ETL, data engineering, or DB administration experience.
• Hands-on with SSIS and SSMS in production environments.
• Strong relational DBMS knowledge, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficient in T-SQL, stored procedures, UDFs, and views.
• Experience with data validation, error handling, and performance tuning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Indonesian citizenship and residency required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL pipelines using SSIS.
• Manage and query relational databases with SSMS; optimize T-SQL.
• Extract data from diverse sources; transform and load to data warehouses.
• Troubleshoot ETL issues and resolve data integrity problems.
• Monitor jobs, analyze logs, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, BI analysts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance, security, and backup procedures.
• Maintain technical docs, data lineage, and deployment runbooks.
