Job summary

Thales is seeking a highly experienced Data Engineer to join the IS/IT Operations division in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will lead end-to-end data transformation pipelines, leveraging Talend, SSAS, and Power BI to deliver robust data solutions across the enterprise.

You will work with international teams, maintain data quality, and document architectures and workflows to enable knowledge transfer and scalable onboarding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong expertise in data processing, ETL and data management.
• Experience with Talend, SSAS, and Power BI in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data transformation pipelines from sources to SSAS cubes.
• Define and implement standards for ETL and data management.
• Develop data source integrations, data staging, ODS, DW, SSAS cube and Power BI deployment.
• Monitor data quality and build alerting/automation systems.
• Document architecture, workflows and business rules; onboard new team members.
