Job summary

Axonect seeks an ETL Data Architect to lead the design, transformation, and migration of large-scale legacy ETL jobs to modern platforms. The role involves deep analysis of legacy ETL logic and guiding development teams through complex transformation projects.

The candidate will drive end-to-end migration architecture, review outputs, and optimize high-throughput data pipelines with performance tuning. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of legacy ETL project experience.
• Experience with Ab Initio is mandatory.
• Proficient in legacy ETL tools and languages (graph, DML, XFR).

• Design and guide the implementation of migration solutions and transformation patterns
• Review outputs and provide technical guidance to ETL Development Engineers
• Architect high-throughput data pipelines with performance tuning and optimization
• Drive end-to-end migration architecture design for large-scale ETL projects

Person Specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
• Strong hands-on experience in Legacy ETL projects (minimum 5+ years preferred)
• Have experience in Ab Initio are mandatory
• Proficient in Legacy ETL tools and languages (graph, dml, xfr, source code analysis, logic restoration)
• Experience designing transformation patterns and guiding development teams
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, pipeline design, and performance tuning
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Spark, Airflow, or modern data platforms
• Background in telecom, data warehouse, or large-scale migration projects
• Joining: Immediate joiners are highly preferable
