Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in residential property management or estate management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and local property laws in Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily estate operations including maintenance, cleanliness, security, and landscaping to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to address repair requests and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Monitor and manage vendor contracts, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and cost control.
• Prepare and manage the estate budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the estate to identify maintenance issues and areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, resident communications and estate operations.
