Job summary

PT Maligi Permata Industrial Estate (KIIC) seeks an Electrical & Telecommunication Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years' experience to support its electrical and telecom projects and services across the estate.

The role involves controlling and maintaining estate electricity distribution, ensuring safe operation of emergency power, and coordinating telecom installations for the estate and tenants, on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in electrical/telecommunication field.
• Familiar with computer.
• Proven ability to plan and manage electrical/telecommunication work.
• Ability to monitor and maintain estate electricity distribution.
• Capable of ensuring safe operation of emergency power.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage electrical and telecommunication work and services for the estate.
• Control and maintain estate electricity distribution.
• Ensure estate emergency power can be operated safely when needed.
• Record electricity usage for street lighting, buildings and tenants.
• Keep street lighting provided by the estate secure and operational.
• Coordinate installation and services of telecommunication for estate and tenants.
• Handle complaints from tenants or the public and report actions to superiors.
