Job summary

PT Ultra Sakti seeks an ESG and Sustainability Analyst to analyze, validate, and monitor ESG data ensuring accuracy and alignment with targets. You will implement sustainability programs and prepare reports to support achievements.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and data collection across functions, with a focus on English communication and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Communications, Environmental Studies, or Sustainability.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sustainability/ESG, ESG reporting, or data analysis/collection.

Job description

Analyze, validate, and monitor ESG and Sustainability data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established work plans and organizational targets.

Implement and coordinate Sustainability and ESG programs/initiatives in accordance with the Company’s sustainability strategy and management direction.

Prepare ESG and Sustainability reports and documentation to support the monitoring and achievement of the Company’s sustainability objectives.

Ensure ESG and Sustainability data, activities, and reporting are in compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and Company requirements.

Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to support ESG data collection, program implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, or other relevant fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sustainability/ESG, ESG reporting, sustainability programs, or data analysis/collection; experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or Consulting is preferred.

Strong understanding of ESG and Sustainability reporting and related sustainability practices.

Familiarity with SROI, ROSI, GHG, and ISO standards.

Strong analytical and data processing skills, with high attention to detail.

Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

ISO training/certification is preferred/required.
