Job summary

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) seeks an ESG specialist to drive the implementation and integration of ESG practices in line with applicable standards and regulations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop the Sustainability Action Plan (RAKB), monitor programs, promote a culture of sustainability across PNM, and ensure compliance with frameworks such as POJK 51/2017, TKBI, GRI, IFRS, and TCFD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years in ESG, sustainability, or related areas.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for ESG initiatives.
• Experience coordinating ESG rating assessments and gap analyses.
• Knowledge of sustainable finance principles in financial services.
• Familiarity with POJK 51/2017, TKBI, GRI, IFRS, TCFD and related frameworks.
• Ability to monitor regulatory developments in ESG and sustainability.
• Strong interest in ESG and sustainable finance.
• Experience developing ESG awareness materials and presentations.

Job description

Responsible for supporting the implementation and integration of ESG practices at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The role will collaborate with relevant stakeholders in developing the Sustainability Action Plan (RAKB), monitoring sustainability programs and initiatives, fostering a culture of sustainability across PNM, and ensuring compliance with applicable sustainability-related regulations and requirements.

Qualifications

• 1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Engineering, Communications, Economics, or other relevant fields.
• 2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate planning, risk management, consulting, data analysis, or other relevant fields.
• 3. Proven experience in communication, coordination, and stakeholder management with cross-functional divisions/teams in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating ESG initiatives and programs.
• 4. Experience in conducting and/or coordinating corporate ESG rating assessments, including evaluating ESG scores, conducting gap analysis, and developing improvement initiatives.
• 5. Basic knowledge of the financial services industry, with an understanding of sustainable finance principles being highly preferred.
• 6. Basic knowledge of ESG, sustainability reporting, and the Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB). Familiarity with relevant frameworks and regulations, such as POJK No. 51/2017, Indonesia Sustainable Finance Taxonomy (TKBI), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), or other relevant ESG and sustainability frameworks, will be an advantage.
• 7. Strong ability to conduct research and regulatory monitoring on developments in ESG, sustainability, sustainable finance, as well as relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks.
• 8. Strong interest and enthusiasm in ESG, sustainability, and sustainable finance.
• 9. Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in developing ESG awareness materials, such as presentation decks, socialization materials, and other visual communication materials, being an advantage.
