Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for ERP concepts, architecture, and integration.
• Develop learning materials covering ERP configuration, APIs, databases, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with departments and external vendors to fulfill learning needs.
• Lead end-to-end learning activities from design to evaluation.
• Monitor trainee progress through assessments and feedback.
• Research latest trends in L&D and ERP to recommend tools and methods.
