Job summary

PT Yonyou Network Indonesia is seeking an ERP Finance Consultant to implement, configure, support, and optimize ERP finance modules for client projects.

You will collaborate with clients, finance teams, and internal technical staff to translate accounting requirements into system configurations, run testing, training, and post go-live support. Travel to client locations when required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for Chinese-speaking projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Experience in ERP implementation or finance/accounting consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for Chinese-speaking projects.

Responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing ERP finance and accounting modules according to business requirements. The consultant works closely with clients, finance teams, and internal technical teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and system utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Finance Implementation
• Implement and configure ERP finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related functions.
• Analyze client business processes and translate finance requirements into ERP system configurations.
• Support ERP implementation throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Business & Requirement Analysis
• Conduct discussions with clients to understand accounting and financial processes.
• Identify gaps between existing business processes and ERP standard functionality.
• Prepare business process documentation, requirements specifications, and solution proposals.
• System Configuration & TestingConfigure finance-related ERP functions based on approved requirements.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and supporting documentation.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system or configuration issues.
• Client Support
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for finance-related ERP issues.
• Assist users in resolving transaction, accounting, reporting, and system-related problems.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
• Training & Documentation
• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and functional documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for finance users and key users.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
• Project Coordination
• Coordinate with project managers, technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor assigned tasks and deliverables according to project timelines.
• Communicate project issues, risks, and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Experience in ERP implementation or finance/accounting consulting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Familiarity with ERP finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
• Mandarin language proficiency is an advantage, particularly for projects involving Chinese-speaking clients.
