Job summary

Agile Technica is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/ERP Consultant to lead analysis and act as a Product Owner across ERP projects. The role includes some testing and technical work to support delivery.

Requirements include 1–2 years in ERP systems, knowledge of BPMN, and strong communication skills. Candidate should be proficient in SQL/Python and familiar with JIRA, with a drive to lead and improve processes in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or in final year.
• 1–2 years experience with ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP or others).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Leadership potential and mentoring ability.
• Willingness to develop professionally and adapt.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
• SQL database knowledge.
• Python knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and workflows.
• Assist technical teams in understanding specifications and ensure smooth implementation.
• Use data analysis to suggest system improvements or new features.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure standards are met.
• Manage changes in requirements and adjust specifications accordingly.
• Act as liaison between business and IT teams for effective communication.
