Job summary

Intikom is seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant to analyze business processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into functional solutions, including ERP/integration projects. You will prepare system documentation and support SDLC activities across IT teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in testing, present findings to stakeholders, and support post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT as a Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of accounting and its core business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building system documentation (diagram flows, system design, etc.).
• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using or implementing ERP/integration applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo), especially in the analysis process.

• Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, or ERP integration concepts.

• Experience with data migration, report configuration, or post-go-live support.

• Relevant ERP or product certifications.
