Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control in Jakarta is seeking an electrical engineer to join our EPC project team. You will support commissioning, perform advanced troubleshooting, and handle VO and system enhancements on live projects.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years EPC experience, MV power systems knowledge, and fluency in English. Proficiency with AutoCAD, PVSyst, ETAP, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years EPC project experience for Diploma; 3+ years for Bachelor.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, energy conversion and MV power systems.
• Familiar with national/international construction standards (SNI, PUIL, IEC, IEEE).
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning activities on-site.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and field support.
• Handle variation orders and system enhancements.
• Advise customers and transfer knowledge.
