Job summary

BINUS University is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the Employability & Entrepreneurship Center. You will organize coaching, seminars, and campus activities to foster student entrepreneurship and strengthen industry partnerships.

If you have at least 2 years of experience, a bachelor degree, and solid project management skills, you will coordinate alumnus engagement, manage records, and help run events with corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Field of study preferred but not necessary.
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship and project management.

Responsibilities

• Organize coaching and training services for entrepreneurship preparation (seminars, workshops).
• Coordinate programs to enhance student entrepreneurship activities (coaching, expo).
• Conduct feedback surveys for every cycle program.
• Follow a given timetable and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Introduce and enhance entrepreneurship club membership for students on campus.
• Maintain records and update partnership databases.
• Support alumni relations and industry partnership activities.
