Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, insurance, or related consulting.
• Strong ability to analyze complex operations and identify risks.
• Knowledge of financial markets, insurance products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• CRM, ARM, or CRISC certifications are highly desirable.
