Job summary

Grab is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to design and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework at our Jakarta office. You will collaborate across departments to identify new risks, evaluate mitigation strategies, and monitor KRIs, reporting to the Manager.

You will lead risk assessment workshops, build dashboards, and maintain governance materials to support Senior Management and the Board. This role emphasizes a proactive risk culture and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal audit, risk consulting, or business continuity management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERM frameworks and policies aligned with ISO 31000 and COSO ERM standards.
• Manage the corporate Risk Register to help departments track operational and strategic risks.
• Follow up with risk owners to ensure timely closure of mitigation action plans.
• Facilitate risk assessment workshops to evaluate risk likelihood, impact, and control effectiveness.
• Monitor all risks, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic trends.
• Build automated risk dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to deliver data-driven insights.
• Prepare risk materials and presentations for Senior Management, the Risk Committee, and the Board.
• Support the Risk Committee by managing meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Deliver ERM training programs to embed risk-informed decision-making across daily operations.
• Create internal content and newsletters regarding risk best practices and compliance.
• Partner with the Business Continuity team to align ERM data with crisis planning and BIAs.
• Help with corporate insurance renewals and claims processes.
