Job summary

PT Asuransi Simas Jiwa, a well-known life insurance company in Indonesia, is recruiting for a Project Management role to oversee strategic initiatives, ensure milestone delivery, and maintain timeliness across departments.

You will assist in due diligence, process analysis, and feasibility studies while coordinating with IT, Operations, Legal, Sharia, and Finance to meet regulatory guidelines (OJK/DSN-MUI). English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Project Management or strategic roles within Insurance/Banking/Financial Services; fresh graduates with potential welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and familiar with AI tools.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and Sharia financial principles/regulations (OJK/DSN-MUI) preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and English fluency.
