Job summary

PT Asuransi Simas Jiwa membutuhkan Sales Trainer untuk melaksanakan pelatihan bagi seluruh Channel Distribution, mengembangkan modul pelatihan, serta memantau dan mengevaluasi program pelatihan. Mereka juga akan membina kinerja tenaga penjualan setelah pelatihan.

Gelar Sarjana di bidang apa pun diperlukan, dengan 2–3 tahun pengalaman di Bancassurance atau layanan keuangan, pengetahuan produk asuransi jiwa, serta keterampilan komunikasi, presentasi, dan coaching.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang apa pun (preferensi Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau Manajemen).

• Monitor and evaluate training program

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Business, Marketing, or Management).

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Bancassurance, Sales Training, or Financial Services.

Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales process.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Willing to work mobile and cover multiple bank branches.
