Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Specialist, Business Development, or related roles within the IT industry.
• Proven experience managing or supporting portfolios such as HPE, Huawei, Server, Storage, Networking, Cloud, or Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, data center solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, with ability to communicate with principals, partners, and customers.
• Experience working with technology principals, vendors, distributors, or strategic partners.
• Strong analytical, business planning, and opportunity management capabilities.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage portfolios with focus on HPE and/or Huawei Enterprise Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with principals, distributors, partners, and internal sales teams.
• Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Collaborate with principals to align business objectives, sales strategies, and marketing activities.
• Provide product positioning, competitive analysis, and solution recommendations to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, workshops, and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and principal updates to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle from opportunity development to project closure.
• Work with leading global technology vendors and enterprise-class solutions.
