Job summary

PT INNABRIDGE SELARAS ENERGI is seeking a professional translator to translate business documents, reports and contracts between English and Indonesian, with precision and confidentiality.

You will proofread, maintain glossaries, provide interpretation during meetings, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure terminology consistency while meeting deadlines. Certification and energy terminology familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Indonesian with high proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
• Proven professional translation experience, ideally in a business or corporate environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Experience with translation management tools and software is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in translations.
• Professional certification in translation or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with energy sector terminology or general management terminology advantageous.

Providing accurate and contextually appropriate interpretations during meetings, presentations and negotiations involving English and Indonesian speakers

Proofreading and editing translated materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency and adherence to company standards

Collaborating with various departments to understand technical terminology and industry-specific language requirements

Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information encountered during translation work

Managing multiple translation projects simultaneously whilst meeting agreed deadlines

Providing verbal translation support during internal and external business communications as required

Developing and maintaining translation glossaries and terminology databases to ensure consistency across all materials

What we're looking for
