Job summary

Qualifications

English proficiency at CEFR B2 or above, able to communicate with native speakers.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on-site (WFO) and in day or night shifts.
Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta.
Experience in Customer Service and international exposure.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to registered shoppers/auditors across international markets to offer and negotiate evaluation and survey assignments.
Assist in recruiting and assigning shoppers/auditors to various projects across international markets.
Conduct quality checks on online reports and surveys to ensure they meet the required service standards.
