Job summary

Kenvue in Jakarta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production line equipment, packaging machines, process equipment, and plant utility systems to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical breakdowns, root cause analysis, and maintaining CMMS records. Collaboration with production teams and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting packaging machines and/or process machines
• Experience handling plant utility systems in a manufacturing setting
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Understanding of production process flow and machine integration
• Experience handling breakdown situations and minimizing production downtime

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production line, packaging machines, and process equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns on production, packaging, and process machines
• Maintain and troubleshoot plant utility systems, including air compressors, boilers, chillers, HVAC systems
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support production teams during machine breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, PM tracking, and documentation
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and spare part requisitions
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper PPE usage
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and plant reliability
