Danapati Hospitality is expanding its Agranusa Signature Villa team in Nusa Dua, Bali, and seeks a proactive maintenance professional. You will oversee daily maintenance and engineering activities, guide the engineering team, and ensure safety and preventive maintenance schedules are followed to uphold luxury standards.

You should have at least 1 year in the field, with strong knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and energy-saving initiatives, plus budgeting and inventory awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance/building services.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems and general building maintenance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure safety compliance.
• Familiar with budgeting, spare parts inventory control and energy-saving initiatives.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to join immediately.
• Placement: Nusa Dua, Bali.
