You will lead the engineering crew, implement preventive maintenance, respond to urgent repairs, and drive energy efficiency while managing budgeting and vendor relations.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in maintenance or senior engineering, with strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Supervise and guide the engineering team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

• Monitor utility consumption (water and electricity) and drive energy-saving initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field or as a Senior Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC (Air Conditioning), mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a safety-first mindset.
• Familiar with safety regulations, fire protection systems, and energy efficiency.
• Good communication and leadership skills to mentor junior staff.
