We are looking for a Supervisor Engineering to support our growth in Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate technician performance, covering technical knowledge, technical skills, quality of work, teamwork, and professional behavior, while providing coaching, briefing, motivation, and disciplinary action when required.
- Develop and empower the team through regular coaching, performance evaluation, and effective team management to improve productivity, work effectiveness, and achievement of operational targets.
- Monitor daily building operations and ensure all building utilities and systems operate normally, safely, and reliably, while responding to tenant complaints and operational disturbances promptly, accurately, and in a controlled manner.
- Plan, schedule, and control preventive maintenance activities for all building equipment and systems, including monitoring maintenance implementation and preparing daily operational, breakdown, and work follow-up reports.
- Analyze equipment failure and maintenance data to improve system reliability, maintain equipment history, prepare analytical reports, and provide appropriate recommendations for repairs, improvements, and further maintenance actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering, with 2–3 years as Supervisor/Leader and 5–7 years in mall/property operations, supported by strong communication, analytical, planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of building utilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water, pumps, generators, MEP, and fire protection systems; able to troubleshoot issues and read technical, wiring, and As-Built Drawings.
- Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance, maintenance scheduling, failure analysis, equipment performance evaluation, lifecycle planning, and equipment replacement.
- Understands daily mall operations, engineering maintenance, tenant and common-area systems, K3 standards, and technical complaint handling.
- Able to coordinate with vendors and authorities, control spare parts and maintenance materials, and manage engineering reports, equipment history, and technical documentation.
