Townsquare Group is seeking a Casual Leasing specialist to drive revenue by leasing public areas in Cilandak Townsquare, Jakarta. You will develop a tenant database, source new partners, and coordinate with operations to ensure successful mall events and ongoing traffic growth.

The role requires fluency in English and Indonesian, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convert prospects into lessees while meeting leasing targets and maintaining Townsquare's brand standards.

After developing our lifestyle & entertainment concept, Townsquare Cilandak in Jakarta, our hip hotel, TS Suites in Bali, TS Group continues to grow by developing new lifestyle & entertainment concepts to meet today's lifestyle needs.

We are looking for a Casual Leasing to support our growth in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Source and lease public areas in Cilandak Townsquare according to revenue targets and the intended market.
• Develop and manage a database of Casual Leasing tenants.
• Handle all administrative tasks and correspondence required for sourcing, offering, and leasing public areas to third parties and internal teams.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth preparation and execution for Casual Leasing tenants, while achieving revenue targets; oversee bazaars and ensure the continuity and success of mall events and programs in Cilandak Townsquare.
• Select tenants that enhance the Townsquare brand and increase foot traffic; maintain strong networks with event organizers, exhibitors, and promo/entertainment partners.

Requirements:

• Experienced in Casual Leasing and fluent in formal and creative English and Indonesian. Possess knowledge of mall casual leasing, including current tenants and market trends in lifestyle and consumer behavior.
• Able to sell concepts effectively, not relying solely on location or low rental rates.
• Capable of achieving casual leasing targets consistently.
• Build and maintain close relationships with prospective tenants to successfully convert them into lessees.
• Quickly source tenant contacts from various channels and confidently negotiate lease terms, pricing, and the concept for opening in Townsquare.
• Basic Salary (nett of tax).
• Commission (based on performance).
• THR.
• Medical Reimbursement up to 50% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after permanent status/PKWTT)
