Job summary

PT Frina Lestari Nusantara (FLN) is seeking an Engineering Staff to contribute to product development and manufacturing initiatives at its Central Cikarang location in West Java. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and offers growth in APQP/PPAP documentation and cost calculations.

Fresh graduates with related experience are welcome, with 1–2 years preferred. Immediate joining is encouraged, and the position is full-time in onsite operations.

Qualifications

• Graduates in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years engineering staff experience preferred; fresh graduates with related experience welcome.
• Knowledge of PPAP and APQP processes.
• Knowledge of costing calculations in engineering is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area; ability to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D/3D drawings for projects.
• Understand project leadership and manage tasks accordingly.
• Understand and interpret Sketch Drawings.
• Create APQP and PPAP documents for programs.
• Experience with injection molding processes.
• Understand the development lifecycle and processes.
