Job summary

PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to manage the dairy production line equipment, including Tetra Pak, A3Speed, and A3CF machines. The role demands hands-on expertise, strong ownership, and a proactive approach to maximizing machine performance.

The ideal candidate will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, drive improvements in MTTR and MTBF, and ensure safety and production targets are achieved with energy-efficient practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Tetra Pak, A3Speed, and A3CF in the dairy manufacturing industry.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and proactive approach to maintaining optimal machine performance.
• Proven ability in complex problem solving and executing preventive and corrective maintenance on dairy production machinery.
• Experienced in managing and improving maintenance KPIs, specifically MTTR and MTBF.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanics, PLC/automation.
• Lead the execution of planned corrective and preventive maintenance for Tetra Pak, A3Speed, and A3CF machines and supporting machinery.
• Optimize machine reliability with focus on reducing MTTR and increasing MTBF.
• Identify best practices and implement effective technical solutions during complex troubleshooting.
• Ensure machine availability, safety standards compliance, and production targets achievement.
• Perform verifications of electrical and mechanical installations and seek energy efficiency opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of planned corrective and preventive maintenance for Tetra Pak, A3Speed, and A3CF machines and all supporting machinery across the dairy line.
• Improve MTTR and MTBF through proactive maintenance planning and rapid troubleshooting.
• Ensure machine availability and adherence to safety standards to meet production targets.
• Conduct electrical/mechanical verifications and identify energy efficiency opportunities.

In 1998 GarudaFood acquired PT Triteguh Manunggal Sejati (TRMS), producer of jelly and launched jelly product using brands of Okky and Keffy. Achievement of Okky jelly has been proven by its successfulness in earning Top Brand for Kids (TBK) Award 2004 under the category of jelly. In addition to TBK, OKKY Jelly also managed to earn IBBA (2005-2010). Okky jelly Drink also earned Top Brand Award 2007-2010 from Marketing Magazine in cooperation with Frontier. In 2007-2010 Leo earned IBBA award for category of potato chips. In national level, GarudaFood is also positively perceived as one of the admired food and beverage companies.
