Responsibilities

• Mengkoordinasikan distribusi produk GarudaFood di cabang sesuai target dan standar operasional
• Memantau dan mengontrol proses logistik dari penerimaan hingga pengiriman, memastikan akurasi stok dan ketepatan waktu
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim sales dan marketing untuk memastikan pasokan promosi dan kebutuhan acara di cabang
• Mengelola dokumen administrasi logistik seperti delivery orders, faktur pengiriman, dan laporan stok sesuai prosedur perusahaan
• Melakukan evaluasi berkala dan pelaporan kinerja logistik cabang kepada manajemen
• Mengidentifikasi potensi masalah logistik di cabang dan mengimplementasikan solusi peningkatan efisiensi

Job description

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, or related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience as Branch Logistic Coordinator within the FMCG industry.
3. Strong understanding of distribution processes, supply chain, and warehouse management.
4. Proficient in logistics software and ERP systems.
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills in branch logistics management.

1. Coordinate the distribution of Garudafood products at branches according to company targets and operational standards.
2. Monitor and control logistics processes from receipts to dispatch, ensuring stock accuracy and timeliness.
3. Liaise with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth supply of promotional items and event needs at branches.
4. Manage logistics administration documents such as delivery orders, shipping invoices, and stock reporting in accordance with corporate procedures.
5. Conduct periodic evaluation and reporting of branch logistics performance to management.
6. Identify potential logistics issues at branches and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

In 2007-2010 Gery Chocolatos earned IBBA under the category of wafer stick. Achievement of Okky jelly has been proven by its successfulness in earning Top Brand for Kids (TBK) Award 2004 under the category of jelly.
