Job summary

PT. Oneject Indonesia, a medical devices manufacturer producing Auto Disable Syringes, seeks a skilled Maintenance/Engineering Supervisor based in KITIC - Cikarang.

You will oversee predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, control energy and spare parts costs, and drive CAPA actions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electronic/mechatronic engineering, 3+ years in engineering/maintenance in medical device or pharma, strong English, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electronic/mechatronic engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in engineering/maintenance engineering/utility in medical device/pharma.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
• Ensure operational reliability, accelerate breakdown response, and control energy, spare parts, and costs.
• Oversee improvement projects to meet targets, schedules and company standards.
• Monitor CAPA actions from audits/inspections until target completion.
• Develop team competency through training, coaching, and engagement programs.
• Implement safety/OSH procedures in the work area as per company policies.
