Job summary

PT. Oneject Indonesia, a Medical Devices manufacturer producing Auto Disable Syringes, is seeking a maintenance professional. The role focuses on utility upkeep across critical equipment such as AHU/HVAC, piping, boilers, chillers, WTP PW&WFI, air compressors, and electrical panels.

You will contribute to continuous improvement and work shifts as required. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in medical devices or pharma maintenance, good teamwork, and readiness to be stationed in the Cikarang

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience handling utility maintenance & repair (AHU/HVAC; Piping; Boiler; Chiller; Water Treatment Plant / WTP PW&WFI; Air Compressor; Electrical Panel; etc) in Medical Device or pharmaceutical Company would be an advantages.
• Good communication, able to work independently or working in team.
• Actively Implement Kaizen / Continuous improvement activities.
• Willing to work in shifting working hour.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang area.
• Available to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of utilities including AHU/HVAC, piping, boilers, chillers, WTP PW&WFI, air compressors and electrical panels.
• Implement and promote Kaizen and continuous improvement activities within maintenance operations.
