Job summary

Kabut in Semarang, Central Java, is seeking an Engineering Operator to support daily bakery production lines. You will monitor machine performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical and PLC-related faults to prevent downtime.

The role requires an SMK diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Installation, or Industrial Automation; basic MS Office skills; and willingness to rotate shifts to keep the plant running.

Qualifications

• SMK diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Installation, or Industrial Automation.
• At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance or engineering technician experience.
• Ability to read schematics, manage PLC configurations, and handle heavy industrial electrical systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills for daily reporting and documentation tasks.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts to support continuous plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance: Oversee operation, upkeep, and minor repairs of bakery manufacturing machinery.
• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults using PLC systems and electrical networks.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and apply engineering drawings and flow diagrams.
• Administrative Reporting: Maintain maintenance logs and records using MS Office tools.
