Job summary

Transavia Otomasi Pratama (TOP) is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Proposal, Engineering Services, and PMO teams in delivering high-quality automation projects in Indonesia.

You will collaborate with Sales, ensure delivery excellence from initiation to stable operations, manage large technical teams, and drive continuous improvement while engaging with international stakeholders. Fluent English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Automation System / Instrumentation)
Minimal 10 years of professional automation system & instrumentation and/or electrical engineering experience, including 3 years in an engineering management role.
Proven experience managing large technical teams in a delivery-oriented role.
Demonstrated ability to engage in hands‑on technical work, identifying and resolving quality issues.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on motivating teams.
Fluent in written and spoken English is required

Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams of Engineering Proposal, Engineering Services, and Project Management Office to execute technical tasks effectively.
Collaborate closely with Sales Departments to ensure satisfaction with delivered work.
Maintain rigorous review processes to ensure the highest quality of engineering services and project executions.
Oversee project transitions from initiation to stable states, taking full responsibility for delivery.
Identify and implement measures to enhance the quality of works within the team.
Work closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve issues effectively.
