Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an Automation Engineer Manager for our electronic manufacturing division. The role will lead engineering teams across AE, IE, ME, TE and FA, oversee equipment management, and drive automation initiatives.

You will develop the engineering strategy, set the automation roadmap, and ensure project execution aligns with global standards. Collaboration with regional and HQ teams is essential to advance localization and capability development.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Automation related field.
Minimum 8 years experience in engineering management.
Strong knowledge in AE, IE, ME, TE, FA, equipment management, and manufacturing systems.
Proven leadership and project management capability.
Experience in multinational electronics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Luxsan Indonesia engineering teams (AE, IE, ME, TE and FA) and equipment management.
Develop engineering strategy and automation roadmap.
Manage engineering team performance, project execution, and technical standards.
Drive productivity and cost improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with regional and headquarters engineering teams; support localization and capability development.
