Job summary

TechConnect Sinarmas Mining, in collaboration with Universitas Sriwijaya, invites shortlisted students and alumni to participate in the Offline In-Campus Hiring for the Engineering Development Program (ENDP) at Universitas Sriwijaya, Palembang.

These roles require a Bachelor's in Civil, Mining, Electrical or Geological Engineering, GPA 3.0+, and strong MS Office, communication and analytical skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; interviews on 24 Sept 2026 at Universitas Sriwijaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil, Mining, Electrical or Geological Engineering or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Proficient in basic MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple challenging projects within the program.
• Assess current state and define business solutions.
• Analyze and propose business needs and use cases.
• Facilitate discussions to confirm requirements and scenarios.
• Interact with teams across energy and resources businesses.
• Engage with senior management on day-to-day activities.
