Job summary

Siemens Jakarta invites fresh graduates or those with up to two years of experience to join a structured trainee program designed to develop leadership and technical capabilities in electrical engineering. You will participate in an introduction program, gain diverse early-career experiences, and contribute to project outcomes while receiving mentorship and feedback.

Ideal candidates are IPC performers with strong English, active leadership roles, and a desire to learn and grow within a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with GPA 3.5+ in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or ≤2 years of experience.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated leadership and internship experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a designed introduction program.
• Gathers broad initial working experience to prepare for professional/management career.
• Completes tasks in the program stages.
• Works on projects, contributes to solutions, and proposes ideas based on academic background.
• Keeps in touch with mentor/supervisor and seeks feedback.

Your defining qualities:

• Bachelor Degree Graduates from Reputable University with GPA (IPK) 3.5 Above – Majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred in Power System Studies)
• Fresh graduates or maximum with 2 years working experience.
• Fluent in English (Verbal & written)
• Displayed proven Leadership, actively involved in Organization / Having Internship Experience is a plus point.
• Have good interpersonal Skill. Eager to learn new things.
