Siemens Indonesia invites fresh graduates to join a structured trainee program designed to develop future leaders in power systems and engineering. You will participate in a company-wide introduction, gain hands-on experience through projects, and receive mentorship to accelerate your professional growth.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with a GPA above 3.5, be fluent in English, and show leadership through academics or internships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with GPA above 3.5.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written).
• Leadership shown through involvement in organizations or internships.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in a general or functionally defined trainee introduction program.
• Gathers a broad range of initial working experience to prepare for a professional career at Siemens.
• Completes tasks in the program stages and contributes to project solutions with own academic background.
• Maintains contact with mentor and program coordinator for feedback and development.

Your defining qualities:

• Bachelor Degree Graduates from Reputable University with GPA (IPK) 3.5 Above – Majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred in Power System Studies)
• Fresh graduates or maximum with 2 years working experience.
• Fluent in English (Verbal & written)
• Displayed proven Leadership, actively involved in Organization / Having Internship Experience is a plus point.
• Have good interpersonal Skill. Eager to learn new things.
