Job summary

Siemens in Jakarta is looking for fresh graduates to join a structured trainee program designed to shape future professionals. You will participate in an introductory program, gain broad early experience, and contribute to project work aligned with your academic background.

You will be mentored, receive feedback, and develop leadership and interpersonal skills while integrating into an international team at Siemens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Participates in a specifically designed general or functionally defined introduction program.
• Gathers broad range of initial working experience to prepare for a professional career.
• Completes tasks in the program stages as assigned.
• Works on projects and contributes to solution development with own ideas.
• Keeps in touch with the trainee program coordinator and mentor.
• Seeks feedback and uses it for personal development.

Your defining qualities:

• Bachelor Degree Graduates from Reputable University with GPA (IPK) 3.5 Above – Majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred in Power System Studies)
• Fresh graduates or maximum with 2 years working experience.
• Fluent in English (Verbal & written)
• Displayed proven Leadership, actively involved in Organization / Having Internship Experience is a plus point.
• Have good interpersonal Skill. Eager to learn new things.
