Job summary

Siemens Jakarta is seeking motivated graduates for its trainee program. You will participate in a structured introduction, gain broad early experience, and prepare for a professional or management career through hands-on projects.

Fresh graduates (or up to 2 years) with a GPA of 3.5+ in Electrical Engineering are encouraged to apply. Candidates should show leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a readiness to learn.

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years experience
• Leadership and internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in an introductory program designed for the trainee role.

• Work on projects, contribute to solutions, and propose ideas.
• Maintain contact with the trainee program coordinator and mentor, seeking feedback.

• Bachelor Degree Graduates from Reputable University with GPA (IPK) 3.5 Above – Majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred in Power System Studies)
• Fresh graduates or maximum with 2 years working experience.
• Displayed proven Leadership, actively involved in Organization / Having Internship Experience is a plus point.
• Have good interpersonal Skill. Eager to learn new things.
