Decorient in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Senior Energy Safety Manager to oversee energy safety on construction sites, ensure LOTO use, PTW control, and incident investigations. This full-time role is based in the office and located in Jakarta.

You will lead inspections, deliver energy safety briefings, and enforce compliance with Indonesian K3 standards while coordinating with site teams to stop unsafe activities and promote proactive safety culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Certifications in PTW, Work at Height, Confined Space, and Fire Safety are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of HSE Management Systems, Electrical Safety, and Energy Control.
• Familiarity with Indonesian K3 regulations and energy safety standards.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work on high-mobility site environments.

Responsible for overseeing energy safety management on construction sites by ensuring the safe execution of electrical and high-risk activities, implementing LOTO procedures, controlling the Permit to Work (PTW) system, conducting inspections to identify potential hazards, promoting safety awareness among workers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards through proactive monitoring, intervention, and incident investigation.
