Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to execute electrical installation tasks, maintain LV/MV panels, transformers, motors, generators and VSDs. The role requires hands-on experience and planned placement at the Jakarta Refinery (Marunda).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (high voltage) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with LV/MV panels, transformers, motors, generators, VSDs and soft starters.
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta Refinery (Marunda).

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for installation/modification of electrical installations and machines.
• Implement electrical installations as assigned.
• Check PRP and Deep Cleaning compliance.
• Supervise daily electricity usage (PLN, Genset, Solar) and document usage.
• Attend to emergencies after hours.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Perform tasks per WI and ISO 9001/22000/ Halal/ SMK3 standards.
• Maintain all work equipment and cleanliness at the site.
• Review and submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to section head.
• Suggest improvements to foreman reports.

Job Description Summary:

Ensure and execution of installation work and installation of electrical and instrument equipment.

Job Description

• Preparing materials needed for installation / modification of electrical installations and electrical machines
• Implement electrical installation based on the assigned task
• Checking the implementation of PRP, Deep Cleaning and etc.
• Supervise the actual daily usage of electricity (PLN & Genset / Solar) so that it can be traced to ensure the amount of usage is correct
• Meet calls outside working hours when there is emergency damage
• Implement work discipline and implementation of health and safety regulations
• Perform tasks in accordance with WI
• Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP)
• Responsible in maintaining all work equipment and cleanliness of the environment in the work location
• Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from foreman to section head
• Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from foreman

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (high voltage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining LV/MV panels, transformers, motors, generators, VSDs, and soft starters.
• Have a good understanding on the equipment details, both static and rotating, and able to do the equipment selection based on the criteria, condition and other considerations
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta -Refinery (Marunda)
