KINETIK in Jakarta is seeking an Energy Lead to steer its energy portfolio, identifying and progressing opportunities that advance climate-resilient infrastructure and climate-aligned investment. You will work closely with the Head of Climate Resilient Development to coordinate sector strategy, project prep, and stakeholder engagement while liaising with GoI, DFIs, and private investors.

• Minimum 10 years of energy sector experience, with advisory or leadership roles.
• Experience in project development, investment or delivery of sector investments.
• Ability to integrate climate and financing considerations into energy projects.
• Experience working with investors, DFIs or MDBs on energy investments.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic oversight for energy opportunities across the KINETIK portfolio.
• Lead identification, development and progression of energy projects in Indonesia.
• Support deployment of renewable energy, storage and related technologies into the grid.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to enable end-to-end delivery.
• Engage with government agencies, DFIs, MDBs, and other partners to mobilise investments.
