Michael Page is recruiting on behalf of a global healthcare technology leader in Indonesia for an Assistant Product Manager - Endoscopy. You will develop annual business plans, manage budgets, pricing, and profitability, while driving growth across the endoscopy portfolio.

You'll partner with sales, marketing, and regional teams to implement launches, train local teams, and build relationships with hospitals and physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Biomedical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of Endoscopy experience with strong commercial and clinical exposure.
• Proven track record in launching medical devices and conducting market/competitor analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Endoscopy systems, clinical applications, workflows, and product positioning.
• Solid understanding of hospital procurement processes and medical device market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets for endoscopy.
• Drive product growth via strategic portfolio management and market expansion.
• Identify and manage distributors to maximise market coverage.
• Monitor distributor performance and implement sales programs.
• Provide expert product knowledge to customers and sales teams.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, workshops, and clinical demonstrations.
• Plan strategies to engage KOLs, reference sites, and key stakeholders.
• Train local sales teams on product knowledge, clinical applications, and positioning.
