Job summary

Odoo Indonesia is seeking a Multimedia Designer to produce high-quality videos, graphics, and motion content aligned with our brand. You will guide the full creative process from ideation to delivery, collaborating across departments to enhance product marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent in English.
Proficiency in video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a must.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Ai, Ps, InDesign) and After Effects.
Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording equipment.
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics skills.
Ability to work on video projects across APAC region.
Excellent communication and ability to synthesize feedback.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a team.

Responsibilities

Manage production cycle for product-focused video content from setup to edit.
Coordinate shoots with marketing and other departments to align with branding.
Provide creative input to improve video quality and storytelling.
Develop deep understanding of Odoo products to highlight features and benefits.
Assist with onsite testimonial filming and support live streaming for events.
Edit and deliver videos in formats suitable for ads, events, and employer branding.
Maintain an organized archive of video footage for future edits.
Stay updated on video production trends and techniques.
Perform in-house photo retouching for presentations and marketing materials.
Video work will be 65% production/filming/editing and 35% multimedia design.
