Job summary

Content Creators in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Creative Director & Motion Designer to lead the visual storytelling for marketing campaigns and product explainers. You will shape concepts, supervise motion outputs, and ensure brand alignment across channels.

You'll mentor junior designers, collaborate with marketing, product, and video teams, and develop reusable motion systems. The role is remote, with candidates based in Indonesia to accelerate local market work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Motion Graphics or related field.
• 5+ years in motion design or creative production.
• Expert in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro; Cinema 4D/Blender a plus.
• Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced motion design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for campaigns, explainers, social content, and ads.
• Conceptualize storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
• Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across outputs.
• Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion content.
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution.
• Partner with editors, videographers, and designers to produce cohesive content.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
