Job summary

OSA Consulting Indonesia is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring process from sourcing through onboarding, working on-site in Solo. The role requires coordinating with hiring managers to define needs and profiles.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, management, or a related field and at least 2 years of recruitment experience, with strong CV screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Strong CV screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and candidate onboarding handover.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct structured HR interviews and prepare candidate assessments and shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, follow up on feedback, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate communication, offer acceptance, and joining confirmation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, monitor hiring metrics, and report sourcing effectiveness.
