Job summary

Deutsche Post is seeking a Customs Operation Specialist, Implant to manage end-to-end customs, warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency. You will coordinate SAP-driven processes and collaborate with global teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in logistics/customs, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; SAP experience is an advantage; on-site presence bi-weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/customs operations.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including inventory and SAP transactions
• Coordinate transportation activities (spot rate tender, delivery support, rate implementation)
• Handle customs compliance (documentation, permits, declarations, audits support)
• Perform logistics administration (SES, MRA, reporting, stakeholder coordination)
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics and trade processes
• Support on-site coordination (bi-weekly presence required)
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Business Continuity standards.
