Job summary

Schneider Electric in Batam, Indonesia is seeking an EMS Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities across our EMS operations, ensuring continuity of supply, operational agility, and strong business performance.

You will manage supply planning, forecast alignment, material availability, supplier collaboration, and risk mitigation while partnering with internal teams and EMS partners across Batam and Vietnam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (IE, electronics, or SCM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required.
• Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience in EMS, electronics, or industrial environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution across EMS operations.
• Drive performance against key supply chain metrics (delivery, reliability, inventory).
• Coordinate forecast validation, demand planning, and supplier capacity alignment.
• Mitigate risk and manage shortages with cross-functional teams.
